If, within 90-days, we are unable to adjust or otherwise modify your pest control system to perform as expected to your complete satisfaction, we will remove it and give you a 100% refund for the cost of all materials and products included in your purchase.
Every hardware component* of each system that we install carries a 12-month parts and labor, non-prorated warranty covering both materials* and workmanship. The warranty period begins on the date of inspection and approval for service by an authorized Nix ‘Em Outdoors representative. This warranty transfers with the property, so should you ever sell your property on which the system is installed, we will transfer the remaining term of the warranty to the new owner free of charge to either of you.
* Only the intake filter is excluded from this warranty. Impurities can exist even in municipal water supplies. The intake filter reduces these impurities to an acceptable level to insure proper distribution of the waterborne solution and the longevity of the parts.
To maintain this guarantee and warranty, the only requirement is that any refill products, or any additional components or labor needed for any future modification of your system, be purchased exclusively from Nix ‘Em Outdoors Pest Control Systems, LLC. Use of any product or component not approved by us in writing may contribute to problems in your system that would be entirely out of our control and will thereby void your warranty.
